Hartzel Marine Service

Boat Shrink Wrap

Vented shrink wrap with frame support so your boat breathes through Ontario winters.

About this service

A bad shrink wrap traps moisture and gives you a mouldy boat in spring. We frame, vent, and seal properly so the boat breathes all winter and comes out of the wrap clean.

Frame-supported shrink wrap so snow load doesn't crush the cover or the windshield.

Vents installed so moisture escapes. No mould, no mildew.

Wrap is sized to the boat, not a generic cover. Sharp edges are padded.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you vent the wrap?

Yes. Every wrap gets vents. A sealed wrap is what gives you a mouldy boat in April.

Can I shrink wrap a pontoon?

Yes. Pontoons get framed and wrapped differently than a hull boat but the same heat-sealed, vented process applies.

How much does shrink wrap cost?

It depends on boat length and complexity. Call the shop with your boat's make, model and length. We will quote it on the phone.
